Brandon Ore, together with his longtime business partner, Casey Cooke, formed the CORE Team in 2011. Within 6 years the duo had grown the 5 person branch to an operation of over 35 mortgage professionals, outperforming industry service levels with speed and reliability each month. CORE Team became CORE Mortgage in 2023.
By focusing on supporting operations and ensuring reliable and fast processing, the CORE Team became one of the most trusted names in home builder financing in the area. Leveraging the years of experience that Brandon and Casey bring to the table, the Regional Operations Team still consistently outperforms industry standards with fast turn times and reliable closings.
Always looking for ways to support the team and enhance processes, CORE leadership has implemented one-of-a-kind processing technology, custom designed to improve the work flow of both the Sales and Operations teams. Brandon Ore is an Oklahoma native and attended college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. When he’s not working he relishes time spent with his wife and their two daughters. Brandon also enjoys the great outdoors- boating on the lake, a day at the beach, hunting and fishing.
